This steering wheel is constructed out of black marine grade plastic with a textured finish for grip. Measures approximately 13 1/4″ OD x 4 1/2″ D overall. Mounts with a 3/4″ Dia. tapered shaft with a 3-notch keyway. Has (2) 1/8″ Dia. posts for mounting center cap, set apart 1 3/4″ center on center.
